Ottawa was great! Crazy late nights and amazing Indian food to keep us trucking along… We played four shows in two nights, and Mika also played with the Aline Morales band AND I was honoured to sing a couple songs with one of my current favourites, the Sunparlour Players. All in all, a very busy weekend!

Hola amigos.

We are headed to Ottawa for the Ontario Council of Folk Festivals. We’ll be playing a SHOW so check out the details:

October 24 - we will be playing inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ottawa – come find us!
October 25 - 11pm we will be playing at the GLUE POT (340 Queen Street- across from the Hotel)
October 25 – 2am-  we will be playing inside the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ottawa – come find us – ROOM 1718!

The seasons are changing again. It snowed the other day. Hallowe’en is just around the corner. Time for mulled wine, warm soup and new friends.

Firstly: We are leaving for Montreal! It’s a wicked city and we love going there any chance we get. We’ll be playing Pop Montreal at le Cagibi on Saturday, October 4th….with our lovely friends the Sunparlour Players! They are pretty awesome guys and you can’t miss their amazing preserves (yes, jams) that they sell with their merch. Love it.

I also printed some limited edition t shirts today that we will have for the Montreal show and there are only 25 (!!) of them, so hope to see you there….
