Forest City Lovers are happy to announce the arrival of our newest member, Christian Ingelevics, as our new permanent drummer. We’ve been fortunate with having good friends fill in for us on our recent tours and it’s so nice to finally solidify the situation. Christian is an awesome drummer and a swell guy. We hope you like him!

On Saturday, November 8 we are going to be playing as part of the Bicycles‘ ”Oh No, It’s Love” cd release party. They’re doing it sort of like a “Last Waltz” type deal and we are playing our song “Orphans” with them as our backing bands! They will be doing that with lots of bands, as well as play their own music…they’re great so maybe you’d like to check it out.
On Saturday, November 29, Kyle and Kat will be taking part in the second annual “Rock Lottery” here in Toronto. Take 25 musicians, form bands from names in a hat…write songs with your new band, practice for 7 hours and then perform the songs at Sneaky Dee’s that night. Sounds awesome eh? I think so!!
