It’s Christmas tomorrow. And while we are being merry with our loved ones near and dear, it is good to remember those around us that aren’t so fortunate. This week the Humane Society of Durham Region had a large fire that destroyed the building. They lost over 150 cats and dogs. This tragedy couldn’t have come at a worse time… if you are thinking about giving to a charity or are just looking to donate some money to a good cause, please go to their donation page and pledge what you can. There are so many volunteers that give a lot of time and love to the shelter all year round, please support them.

It’s very beautiful here in Toronto. The city is sleeping underneath a blanket of soft snow and everything seems at peace. A perfect Monday afternoon. We have posted some new dates for our tour with Geoff Berner in February. We’ve also added some shows in January, including Out of This Spark’s birthday party which should be a blast. Tell yer friends.
I hope everyone has a great Christmas or school holiday. I know I will, and I am looking forward to seeing friends and family. I’d also like to remind you that there are always people that have less than you, so please give some time/ money / food to someone in need this year. It makes the world a better place.
